Ecomadic Services Inc. may share your information as follows:

- for commercial purposes with our service providers, business affiliates, and vendors contracted to do business on our behalf, for example, with vendors who send emails for us, operate our websites, serve ads on our behalf, or run promotions for us

- when we deem it necessary to protect the security and reliability of Ecomadic Services Inc. and/or its website

Business Transfers
In the event (i) we engage in one more asset sales or purchases, (ii) we are acquired, (iii) we engage in one or more business combinations, mergers or acquisitions, (iv) substantially all of Ecomadic Services Inc.’s assets are acquired, or (v) we are subject to an event of bankruptcy, you acknowledge and agree that user information comprises an asset of Ecomadic Services Inc.’s and that the same is subject to assignment, transfer and/or acquisition by a third party. Accordingly, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Ecomadic Services Inc. may continue to subsequently use your Personal Information, and that such subsequent use may not be consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Safeguarding Your Information

We have appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in place to ensure the integrity and security of your information. Marketing
If you are a registered user of one or more Resources or have supplied your email address, you agree that in addition to any Resources you may have solicited or requested, Ecomadic Services Inc. may further send you emails to provide you with information, to inform you of new products, to solicit your feedback, or to keep you up to date on Ecomadic Services Inc. and its products.
You can opt out of our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the SMS messages that we send, or by filling out this Request Form. Advertisements
Advertisements appearing on any of the Electronic Platforms may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. We do not make any guarantee regarding those third-party websites, services, or applications, and we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such sites. Do Not Track Disclosure
Many web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting that signals your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. However, there is currently no uniform standard for recognizing and implementing the DNT signals. As such, Ecomadic Services Inc. does not monitor or respond to Do Not Track browser requests. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, then we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
Information Retention
We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us to keep your personal information for longer than six (6) months past the termination of the user's account.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize your information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Children
The Electronic Platforms are not intended for use by children. We do not intentionally gather Personal Information about individuals who are under the age of 13. If a child has provided us with Personal Information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us to have the information deleted from our records. Information for California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the “Shine the Light” Law and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). The California Code of Regulations defines a “resident” as:

“Shine the Light” Law

We may, however, charge a different price or rate, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services, if that difference is related to the value provided to you by your data and/or the consumer’s voluntary participation in a bona fide loyalty, rewards, premium features, discounts, or club card program.
Information for Residents in the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK)
If you are an EU or UK resident, you have certain privacy rights as specified under EU and UK law, including the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and UK Data Protection Act 2018 (UK DPA). The following do not apply to individuals who do not live in the EU or UK on a permanent basis.
In the event that we collect Personal Data (as defined in the GDPR and UK DPA) that is subject to the GDPR and UK DPA, this section will apply. Terms in this section are to be understood in a manner consistent with GDPR and UK DPA including the definitions of such terms in the GDPR and UK DPA. Such terms may have a different definition or meaning in other portions of this Privacy Statement because GDPR and UK DPA may not apply to those sections.

Primary Member State Supervisory/Data Protection Authority

You also may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authorities in the Member State where you habitually reside, work, or where an infringement occurred.
Processing Purposes and Legal Bases
Ecomadic Services Inc. processes your Personal Data for the lawful purposes, and under the legal bases, set forth above.
Onward Transfer
Ecomadic Services Inc. will not disclose Personal Data to a third party except as stated below:
We may disclose Personal Data to subcontractors and third-party agents. Before disclosing Personal Data to a subcontractor or third-party agent, we will obtain assurances by contractual agreement from the recipient that it will: (i) transfer such data only for limited and specified purposes; (ii) ascertain that the subcontractor or third-party agent is obligated to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by the GDPR; (iii) take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that subcontractors and third-party agents effectively process the personal information transferred in a manner consistent with the organization’s obligations under the GDPR; (iv) require subcontractors and third-party agents to notify the organization if it makes a determination that it can no longer meet its obligation to provide the same level of protection as is required by the GDPR; (v) upon notice, including under (iv), take reasonable and appropriate steps to stop and remediate unauthorized processing; and (vi) provide a summary or a representative copy of the relevant privacy provisions of its contract with subcontractors and third-party agents to the Supervisory Authorities upon request.
Ecomadic Services Inc. also may be required to disclose, and may disclose, Personal Data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including for the purpose of meeting national security or law enforcement requirements, or in the event of a merger or acquisition.
Retention of Personal Data
