Do Not Track Disclosure

Many web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting that signals your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. However, there is currently no uniform standard for recognizing and implementing the DNT signals. As such, Ecomadic Services Inc. does not monitor or respond to Do Not Track browser requests. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, then we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

Information Retention

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us to keep your personal information for longer than six (6) months past the termination of the user's account.

Information for Residents in the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK)

If you are an EU or UK resident, you have certain privacy rights as specified under EU and UK law, including the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and UK Data Protection Act 2018 (UK DPA). The following do not apply to individuals who do not live in the EU or UK on a permanent basis.

In the event that we collect Personal Data (as defined in the GDPR and UK DPA) that is subject to the GDPR and UK DPA, this section will apply. Terms in this section are to be understood in a manner consistent with GDPR and UK DPA including the definitions of such terms in the GDPR and UK DPA. Onward Transfer

Ecomadic Services Inc. will not disclose Personal Data to a third party except as stated below:

We may disclose Personal Data to subcontractors and third-party agents.
